This page describes the data this website actually processes.
Contact form
When you send the contact or acquisition-suggestion form we collect your name, e-mail and message (plus the book details for a suggestion) only to answer your request. The message is e-mailed to the library’s institutional address; a copy may be kept in the site dashboard and is deleted automatically after the period set in the library settings. We do not store your IP address.
Cookies
The site only uses technical cookies (language memory, staff sessions). There is no advertising or marketing tracking.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data through the contact page.
